Share ONE Lesson!
Global Citizenship School supports teachers and schools in helping pupils become Active Global Citizens. We are a volunteer led INTO supported group.
Global Citizenship School now has 100 X €50 vouchers to give away to the first 100 teachers who forward us a unique but basic lesson plan to share on our newly updated website, www.GlobalCitizenshipSchool.ie. We currently have hundreds of Global Citizenship Education lesson plans, teacher resources and lists of possible school friendly actions on our website but we are updating everything and we want you to contribute to spreading the word amongst your teaching colleagues. It’s really simple….. we have a standard FORM for you to fill in. If we publish your unique lesson plan on our website we will forward you a ‘one4all’ voucher and you and your pupils will also be part of a movement to make our world a better place for everyone.
Is it difficult? Absolutely not. You just need to source a short but appropriate video or poem or poster, make a digital link, add some open prompt questions to assist teachers with a follow-up class discussion and suggest follow-up work or pupil friendly actions. Upload on our FORM and hit send!
Will it take much of my precious time? Probably not, as all teachers are constantly on the lookout for nice things to do in school, you know what suits your pupils and Mr. Google can help. It can help if you model the lesson in your own class or school.
